Recently I learned that many, if not all, Life Time Fitness Gyms, with 105 centers across the U.S. and Canada, offer gluten free food options in their onsite café, LifeCafé. Some are using Udi's Gluten Free Foods bread for their made to order cafe items, while also offering prepackaged gluten-free products and healthy snack items, including gluten free protein and power bars.
Life Café is open to anyone. You don’t have to be a member of Lifetime fitness to enjoy their nutritious and healthful café treats. It’s helpful to know there’s one more casual and safe dining option available – since this one isn’t obvious – that we can enjoy. Be sure to check out the LifeCafé in your area.
