Raspberry Confiture
Confiture is an Old French type of jam, preserve, or marmalade. It has a thinner texture and a fresher fruit flavor than most jarred preserves. Easy to cook and requires only fruit or juice and sugar. We made our recipe using fresh summer raspberries. Confiture requires no canning skills or equipment.
