… aka Pucker Power Juice!
Today’s juice, made with my Hurom Slow Juicer, will definitely wake up your taste buds – and your eyes might even open a little wider when you take your first sip. That’s a good thing! A great way to get your day started with a healthy up-and-at-em approach.
I initially thought I would just be making a celery lime ginger juice, but I quickly realized that this recipe definitely needs the apples – to temper things a bit.
I like this juice and will revisit it often, but I will be trading off with some of the more mellow juices on alternating mornings, if I’m speaking honestly. There are some very important benefits to this juice – apples provide ample fiber, celery and limes contain vitamin C (which helps neutralize free radicals – which can cause inflammation), and ginger is a natural blood thinner (so use sparingly or omit if this may be of concern for you).

i have celiacs and some other digestive issues so this was very soothing for my stomach and didn’t bloat me the way some others do. i only put a very little celery and added a little bit more apple to play around with it, im not a huge fan of celery (without peanut butter haha) it was delicious!
Lesley, I love celery with cashew butter (can’t do peanuts). I’m so glad this juice felt so soothing. We need that break from harness sometimes, right? Thanks for sharing! 😀
