Happy Fruit & Veggie Friday, Everyone! I had to share a festive “all green” juice with you, seeing that it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day. This recipe is fresh and sweet, and of course juiced with my trusty Hurom Slow Juicer! For those who look at green juice and cringe … cringe no more. You’ve got the luck of the Irish with you on this one. It’s delicious!

St. Patty’s Day “Luck of the Irish” Juice 

 

No Tree Nuts Bug No Soy No Peanut Bug No Eggs Bug No Corn No Dairy Bug No Gluten BugPrep time: less than five minutes

Makes: about 8 ounces

 

Ingredients:

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1/2 Granny Smith apple, no core or seeds

2 kiwis, peeled

40 (or so) green grapes

 

Directions:

Process fresh fruit and veggies, alternating types and finishing with some apple. OR process according to your juicer’s instructions.

Enjoy immediately! Juice can also be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours (the benefits of fresh juice are optimal when consumed right away, since there are no preservatives). Shake or stir to mix well when ready to enjoy.
