The competition was steep, and judging decisions were difficult, with 44 creative and delicious recipe videos entered in the challenge. Three entrants sparred well and will be competing on August 26th at the Bob’s Red Mill Whole Grain Store and Visitors Center for the next phase of the contest. (Unfortunately, none of the finalists used gluten-free steel cut oats in their recipes, but I’m sure they would have worked just fine. Be sure to give them a try, either in these recipe suggestions or your own favorite oatmeal creations.)
