… I’m Teaching a Class to Make it Easy!
Holidays can seem daunting when you’re living, or particularly new to, a gluten-free lifestyle – but they don’t have to be. I’ll be teaching a class at my local natural foods market to help make your gluten-free and dairy-free holiday cooking and entertaining stress free.
In this class, I’ll be sharing ways to make the season fun and delicious, while keeping your foods safe. You’ll learn what hidden taboo ingredients to watch for and avoid, and we’ll discuss healthy food choices and ingredient substitutions. Each attendee will also receive handouts with holiday recipes and tips for preparing challenging foods such as gravy, stuffing, biscuits, and pie crusts.

Where: River Market Community Co-op, 221 North Main Street, Stillwater, MN 55052
When: Wednesday, December 4th, 2013
Time: 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Co-op Classroom
Cost: free for River Market Co-op owners, $5 for non-owners
