… Soy. What’s Your Take?
As one who hears constantly that soy is a perfect substitution for those on a dairy-free diet, but also one whose body doesn’t deal with soy very well, I try to avoid it whenever possible (which is not that difficult when processed foods are not consumed). This is just my personal choice. I know many people who fit into the whole spectrum of soy un/acceptability. So when I found this article, SOY: To Eat or Not to Eat, by Mary Vance in the Lifetime Fitness magazine, Experience Life, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and learning more about soy from a more in depth perspective. I’m sharing it with you and curious to hear your take on the benefits and risks of soy consumption … personal, scientific, or otherwise.
