We’re beginning a new feature series called Tuesday's Travels – gluten free. Each week we’ll bring you food finds we’ve uncovered and, most often personally experienced, that are free of gluten (and often free from many other allergens as well). We’ll share with you the processes we’ve gone through to gain confidence that the dining experience is safe and hassle-free. Some of our food finds will be set up as mini-series features, some will be single experiences. All will be gluten-free and provide you with knowledge of how to find the featured restaurant or eatery, the establishment’s approach to gluten-free choices (their attitude, practices, and menu options), and the cultural flavor or ambiance you can anticipate if you choose to visit the establishment.
