You know, with this super-duper healthy, gluten-free diet, it’s still important to get all your nutrients. It’s sometimes very difficult to get your fill, as ironic as it may sound. I found this out the hard way, as my iron levels have become uber low. And now, even though I know and am eating iron-rich foods in addition to taking iron supplements to resolve this, I still feel like crap.
