If you haven’t had a chance to submit your entry for the Bob’s Red Mill Spar for the Spurtle steel cut oats recipe contest, there’s still time. The deadline to flaunt those fabulous oats of yours (no need to be humble or shy right now) has been extended to August 7th. So bring out that video camera, grab the spotlight, and “expose” your oats for all the world to see … or at least to the folks doing the judging. And may the best pinhead win! (This is no time for name-calling. The Scots refer to their oats at pinheads.)
